i contact to customercare billing department people regarding to check my last month bill amont for my account,which is free usage month for my scheme offer
but i have recieved a amount of rs. 973 to pay.its realy shocks to me & the connection is lost during the month of may,june ,jully is more that 45 days but i have recieved 26 days of downtime credit for my connection lost.
realy it very very worst services from tata indicom broadband connection cutomer care people
previously i am respected that group of tata
now its totally dont believable to that groups i think.
I HEARD THAT THE MONTH OF 20TH JUNE TO 21 ST JULY I HAVE TO PAY THE AMOUNT OF Rs. 973/-. OF MY BILLING AMOUNT FROM YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE.
FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION THAT THE 20TH JUNE TO 21 ST JULY PERIOD IS FREE MONTH USAGE FOR ME ACCORDING TO YOUR SCHEME OFFER THEN HOW THAT AMOUNT U HAVE BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT OF Rs 973.TO MY ACCOUNT
