I am an existing user of Tata Indicom broadband services. Over the last 3 weeks, there service has been disrupted 2 times. On both the occassions, it took them more than 5 days to resolve the issue". Thus, in a total of 20 days, I am unable to use there service for 10 days/.

I was out of country for 2 months, and thus was not using there services?. However, I continued to make payments to them/. When I came back, I realised that my antenna is not working/. Later, I was informed that there recovery agent took away the antenna of my conection saying that I have not paid the bill for the same!. When I checked up with Tata Indicomm, there record shows that I have made my payments well in time". It took them more than 5 days to rectify this issue!. Imagine the kind of pain which I have to go through, after making payment to them for 2 consecutive months and still not able to use the services. 12989fb
