Tata Indicom Broadband should rename themselves as Terrible Indicom or Torture Indicom". My connection has not been reactivated for many days despite them receving my credit card payment/.

Pathetic call center capability, all they do is ask you the same things again and again, make false promises?. for the last four days they have been promising to connect the service but have not/.

the supervisors are clueless too/. to get to them takes an average 10 to 12 minutes of hold time on a non toll free number! like adding insult to injury?.

if you can help it, never take a connection from this company!. you may regret it/.
