I recently subscribed to the Rs.1000 p.m. 2MBps broadband plan with free nighttime usage between 8pm-8am and 90ps per MB after that". To my shock and horror, I received a call 3 weeks later from the "customer service" saying that I have exceeded my credit limit of Rs/.1000, and I owe Rs?.29,000, 75% of which is due immediately!!!

I was so shocked that I was at a loss for words and couldn't respond adequately at that time/. I then called them back and asked them for details of date and time of usage, and why they hadn't intimated me about exceeding my credit limit sooner|. To date I haven't received a satisfactory response to these questions despite repeated inquiries via phone and email/.

Really disgusted with the customer service which is a total joke/. Their billing systems are obviously malfunctional, their customer service dysfunctional and apathetic;.

Stay as far away from this company as possible unless you are the kind who likes inflicting torture on himself/herself. 12987f5
